Parishioners of the Cathedral-Basilica are comprised of all ages, from different villages, with different backgrounds, in different professions, but gather in the same place to worship and celebrate together.

Your registration as a Parish Member is a vital tool for the church because it allows our parish Priests to get to know you better as well as engage your membership with the larger faith community. More importantly, your registration as a Parish Member helps you take on your Christian duties like becoming a Sponsor (God-parent) or receiving your Sacraments.

You can register to become a Parishioner in the 3 simple ways:

1. Download the Parish Member Form and send it via email.

2. Download the Parish Member Form and fax it to 472-1729.
After you download the form, fill it out electronically, print it and fax it to the Pastoral Center.

3. Visit the Pastoral Center during Office Hours and fill it out a form.
