The Cathedral-Basilica will join Pope Benedict XVI and the Universal Church in opening the “Year for Priests” from June 19, 2009 – June 19, 2010. The Year of Priests has been proclaimed by the Holy Father on the 150th anniversary of the pious passing of St. John Vianney – Universal Patron of Priests.
The Opening Mass for the Year for Priests will be on held on Friday, June 19 at 6:00 P.M. in the Chapel of St. Therese.
