The Mother Church of the Archdiocese of Agaña welcomes her parishioners and all the faithful to use the Church or other facilities for their special occasions. The Facilities Usage form must be completed by every group that wishes to use any facility or worship space. Approval will be granted on a first come, first served basis according to Parish needs. The usage by any group is subject to the rules, regulations, and guidelines established by the Parish.

The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith and thus how we take part in the Eucharist should reflect as such. The priests of the Cathedral-Basilica or their designee will help you properly prepare for the liturgy. Much care and reflection should go into the selection of appropriate scripture readings, intercessions, liturgical hymns, and other various prayers.
